Objective:

The goal of the game is to correctly answer questions about various set operations. You will be given two sets, and you need to perform the requested operation and provide the correct answer.

Game Setup:

  1. Generated Sets: At the beginning of the game, two sets, Set A and Set B, will be randomly generated for you.
  2. Operations: You will be asked to perform one of the following operations on the sets:
    • Union (A ∪ B): Combine all items from both sets, with no repeats.
    • Intersection (A ∩ B): Find the items that both sets share.
    • Difference A (A - B): Items that are in Set A but not in Set B.
    • Difference B (B - A): Items that are in Set B but not in Set A.
    • Symmetric Difference (A Δ B): Items in A or B but not both.
  3. Answer Input: Type your answer in the input field and press "Submit" to check your answer. Ensure your answers are formatted correctly. Examples:
    • Union: 1, 2, 3, 4
    • Intersection: 2, 3
    • Difference A: 1
    • Difference B: 4
    • Symmetric Difference: 1, 4
  4. Skipping Questions: If you are unsure of an answer, you can press the "Skip" button to move to the next question. Skipped questions may come back later.
  5. Attempts: You have a limited number of attempts to answer the questions. Keep an eye on your remaining attempts!
  6. Game Over: The game ends when you have completed all the operations or run out of attempts.
  7. Scoring: You earn 10 points for each correct answer. Incorrect answers will deduct 5 points, but your score will never go negative.
